Yes, the MyHomestay Owners app is completely free and included with your MyHomestay.ai PMS subscription. The app is not available on the Google Play Store - you can download it directly from your owner dashboard in the My Profile settings section. All features available in the web dashboard are accessible through the mobile app.

Can my staff members login to the app separately?

Absolutely! Each staff member gets their own login credentials. You can add unlimited staff accounts with role-based access. Staff login using OTP (no passwords needed), and you control exactly what each person can see and do. Frontdesk staff can manage bookings, while accounts staff handle finances.

What notifications does the app send?

You'll receive instant push notifications for: new bookings, booking cancellations, payment received alerts, guest check-in reminders, check-out reminders, and low inventory warnings. You can customize which notifications you want to receive in the app settings.

Is the app available for iOS/iPhone?

The iOS app is currently in development and will be available soon. In the meantime, iPhone users can access the full dashboard through their mobile browser at myhomestay.ai - it's fully responsive and works great on Safari.

How do I download the app and get started?

The app is available exclusively through your MyHomestay owner dashboard. Log in to your account at myhomestay.ai, go to My Profile settings, and you will find the download link there. After installing, login with the same phone number you use for your MyHomestay.ai account. If you are a staff member, use the phone number your property owner registered for you.
